Q: How many production lines do you have?
A: We have 4 spunlace production lines in 2016, and the 5th production line will be ready at the end of 2017, the 6th production line will be ready in 2018.
Q: Can you accept customization?
A: Yes, we offer customized service. You can custom every similar product you want.
Q: Can I get some free samples?
A: If you need some samples to test, we can make as per your request. Samples are free, but you should undertake the freight.
Q: How much the transportation freight of samples?
A: The freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area.
Q: What is the material of your products?
A: Our spun lace products are made of viscose, polyester, wood pulp and polypropylene in different rate.
Q: Are the ingredients of the product reliable?
A: Our products are all in high grade, we use Canadian imported high quality woodpulp, Austrialia imported lenzing viscose, SINOPEC polyester and brand new polypropylene.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the  end.
Q: Do you provide certificate?
A: All tests required for export are provided.
Q: How to order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by Email or Fax, or you can ask us to send you proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order before sending you PI.
1) Product information-Quantity, Specification (Size, Material, Technological), if needed and Packing requirements etc.
2) Delivery time required.
3) Shipping information-Company name, Street address, Phone&Fax number, Destination sea port.
Q: How long is the general delivery date?
A: This will decide according to specific condition, our usual delivery time is 30-40 days.
Q: What is the payment process?
A: We provide two ways for payments: 
1) 100% TT
2) 30% in advance balance against B/L copy
Q: What should I can do when I find something wrong with our goods upon receipt?
A: Please inform our businessman immediately, we will repy in 12 hours and give solutions in 24 hours.
