Product Description

Viscose/polyester spunlace nonwoven fabric (colored fibers) combines the strengths of viscose and polyester through a blended yarn, balancing moisture absorption, breathability, softness, and skin-friendliness with high strength and resistance to deformation. It is then physically entangled through the spunlace process without the addition of chemical binders, resulting in a low-lint, non-irritating, and plush, thick texture. Colored fibers can be used to distinguish between different application areas and reduce cross-contamination. Because they are dyed in solution or before spinning, the pigments are evenly distributed within the fibers, resulting in more stable colorfastness—including resistance to washing, friction, and sweat stains. They are less prone to fading or color transfer and maintain their color even under high humidity and repeated wiping, making them widely used in the colored wet wipe industry.
