Soonercleaning has passed its ISO 9001:2015 recertification audit with zero non-conformities. The four-day surveillance covered the full scope of our operations: incoming fiber inspection, spunlace production at the Hangzhou base, quality control laboratory workflows, traceability documentation and export logistics.
Auditors highlighted three strengths: batch-level traceability from fiber lot to finished roll, the closed-loop handling of customer complaints, and the effectiveness of our supplier qualification program.
